Cat excavator munches through ageing I-40 bridge.
Ground Level Demolition has carried out the demolition of the East-bound bridge on I-40 near Seligman in Arizona.
The demolition is part of an ADOT project to replace both existing bridges due to age and wear. A Cat 365 excavator with MP-40 processor was used to pulverise and demo the bridge; and a drone was on hand to capture the action:
