Seaham hotel undergoing demolition partially collapses into street.
A Seaham hotel already undergoing demolition has partially collapsed.
The Harbour View Hotel at 18 North Terrace, Seaham, partly collapsed onto the street on Saturday morning. Police say nobody was inside and nobody was injured in the incident.
Council teams are on site waiting for demolition teams to access the site.
The road remains closed.
