So you get it decked out in company colours, you have your company name brandished across the front, maybe even a spot of personalisation to ensure that the driver takes extra special care of your new baby.
Trouble is, when that truck then runs into trouble, the world and his wife know precisely where the vehicle originated from.
Now you have an idea of how the team at Pete Marquis Contractors felt when one of their beloved trucks got itself jammed under a bridge. And, as if that weren’t humiliation enough, the van they sent to help in the rescue bid was also liberally decked out in company colours, just in case any of the unfortunate motorists stuck in the growing traffic jam had missed precisely who to blame.
