Blaze rips through Cantillon site.
Following on from our earlier report on the fire that swept through a demolition site in London’s Old Street, video footage of the blaze has now emerged.
Social media feeds were abuzz with news of the fire as smoke billowed from the site where contractor Cantillon is demolishing the former Post Office building at 148 Old Street to pave the way for a Great Portland Estates mixed-use development.
