Love at first sight as former Silverdell boss joins Eless Decommissioning.
Even as an online campaign raged among disgruntled shareholders and former employees of Silverdell PLC, it appears that CEO Sean Nutley was in final negotiations to secure himself a Valentine’s Day appointment to the board of Eless Decommissioning Services Ltd.
According to Companies House records, Nutley was appointed a director on 14 February of this year.
Word on the industry grapevine is that this company – which was incorporated in May 2007 – has picked up some work left over following the demise of former Silverdell group company, Euro Dismantling Services (EDS) although this is yet to be confirmed.
Regardless, this will add further fuel to the fire among shareholders who have had to watch as senior directors have found themselves presumably lucrative new positions as Silverdell imploded to leave shares worthless.
