Keltbray appoints chairman…

Keith Elliott steps up.

Keith Elliott has been appointed Chairman for Keltbray Group. Elliott first started to provide support and advice to the Board and the company’s Owner and Chief Executive, Brendan Kerr, when he was appointed Non-Executive Director to Keltbray in 2004. He will now take a more hands-on role to free up Owner and Chief Executive Officer, Brendan Kerr, to develop the company’s strategic partnerships.

Since joining the company, Keith has played a key role in Keltbray’s successful growth and strategic diversification and expansion in what has been a challenging market, according to Brendan Kerr: “As part of our corporate governance, Keith has led the Board and provided support and advice to Keltbray for some time now, and we have greatly benefited from his more than 30 years’ of business experience in engineering and construction. I am pleased he has now agreed to take on a more hands-on role in the day to day management of Keltbray, while continuing to provide strategic support and advice and remaining a key ambassador for us externally.

“This organisational change will allow me to spend more time developing our key partnerships with customers and other stakeholders; which have been the bedrock of our expansion and success over the past decade,” he said.
