Against a grey, autumnal sky that would have Lisbeth Salander setting aside visits to the tattoo parlour and settling in with a Billy’s Pan Pizza and a spot of light computer hacking, three Brokk demolition robots are tackling the top down demolition of the Hotel Scandic Continental on Vasagatan.
The hotel is demolished demolished to enable the extension of the Stockholm underground. A new hotel and office buildings will be constructed at the same spot and it will be completed during 2015.
