DemolitionNews understands that National Demolition Training Group training officer Iain Kirk has left the NDTG.
Kirk had been with the NDTG for a number of years. According to his profile on the NDTG website – which, at the time of writing, has not been updated – Iain is responsible for ensuring the NDTG team is fully aware of current industry news and changes in legislation. He liaises with NDTG trainers and audits courses to ensure an exemplary standard is maintained. He travels the length and breadth of the UK visiting demolition contractors to guide them with relevant and cost effective training solutions for up-skilling their workforce.
In addition to his role as training officer, was an armed forces champion for the National Federation of Demolition Contractors, encouraging ex-service personnel into careers in the demolition sector.
