UK demolition contractors will know that the catchphrase “watch it come down” relates to Kent-based Syd Bishop & Sons Ltd. But don’t be fooled.
While that phrase is very much in evidence in this video from Dadeland, Miami, this film has nothing whatsoever to do with Syd Bishop. This is, in fact, the handiwork of Florida-based AlliedBean Demolition.
And if you’re wondering who came up with the slogan first, I am reliably informed that Syd Bishop coined the term in the 1970s, before AlliedBean was even formed.
