Annual General Meetings are normally pretty pedestrian affairs; a combination of traditional formality, constitutional requirement and social gathering. But while the same was true of much of the latest gathering of the Institute of Demolition Engineers, one speech (captured in our second video below) was to set a large hungry cat among a few unsuspecting and non-compliant pigeons.
