We're apparently having a few technical problems with our Comments facility at present but here is the response from Steve Scoba at Applied Science International:

The software used is part of ASI's structural analysis software toolset called Extreme Loading® Technology (ELT). ASI provides demolition analysis services to demolition contractors and consultants interested in:

· Optimizing demolition plans
· Ensuring safety of people and surrounding structures/infrastructure
· Reassuring clients, government officials and the public.

More information about ASI's Demolition Analysis can be found at http://www.demolitionanalysis.com

Not sure which version of their software was used but I can tell you that it came from Applied Science International - I will drop them a line now and ask them to provide some more information here.
